Whether you’re preparing for your first HYROX race or you want to build your endurance, agility, power and mobility at different times, ensurivng a well-rounded development of the athlete, we've got you.
At Templar, we’re proud to be an official HYROX training affiliate, providing you with the tools, coaching and support to help you prepare for this unique fitness race. Our HYROX coaches will guide you through HYROX-specific workouts that combine endurance, strength, and functional fitness, designed to push your performance to new heights.
